HEAT RESISTANT CONVEYOR BELT: The carcass of the product chooses cottoncanvas as skeleton material. Cover rubber and buffer rubebr is madefrom IIR or CR that has good heat resistance. The product can workproperly under the temperature of 120 centigrade degree and is suitablefor conveying materials under the tempeature of 120 centigrade degreein industries of metallurgy, cement, steel, coking, etc..

HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANT CONVEYOR BELT: The belt carcass of this productis EP fabric of high modulus, low shrink, and high breaking tensilestrength. Cover rubber of this product uses EPDM rubber or CR. The beltis made of high temperature resistant materials, through assembling andvulcanizing with care.
  The carcass of this product has very highadhesion after the special treatment of coating and shaping. Undernormal working condition with the temperature below 180 centigradedegree, the belt is low elongation and excellent anti-abrasion, it canalso bear 250 centigrade degree high temperature for a short time. Thebelt is suitable for use in cement, metallugical and steel industry.

FLAMERETARDANT CONVEYOR BELT: The product is made of cotton canvas or EPcanvas and made through the processes of calendering, assembling,vulcanizing and etc.. It is suitable for conveying variousnon-corrosive and thornless materials in blocks, in grains, or inpowder, such as coal in buld or in bales, under the condition offlammable or explosive environment in the coal mine.

COLDRESISTANT CONVEYOR BELT: The product selects cotton canvas, nyloncanvas or EP canvas as carcass. Cover rubber selects a blend of NR andBR, which has the properties of high elasticity, shock resistance, coldresistance, etc.. It can work normally under the conditions of -40centigrade degree.
  It is suitable for conveying materials outdoors in freezing area, cold storage, etc..
